Adapt merger control to the challenges of globalisation

Taking advantage of the renewal of European institutions and on ongoing reflections in the Commission on the adaptation of competition policy, Afep proposes some improvements to merger control, in order to better integrate the increasingly global economic signification of this type of operation and ensure a more collegiate work of the Commission.
